About Us

Michael Scola

Michael has called Los Angeles home for 13 years but was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. He left his life in the Midwest to pursue his dreams in Hollywood. His passion for life and what he loves shines through to all that meet him, one of those passions being his love for his queen.. Madonna, oh and Jordan too.

Jordan Rodarte

Jordan has also called the big city home for 13 years now but is a born SoCal native. His personality is as big and boisterous as his loud mouth, which is why his passion is comedy and improv. Jordan knows he must really love Michael because he endures daily reminders that Madonna is queen and he still stays with him.

Our Love Story

We Met

Jordan and Michael met each other back in February 2010 when they both started working at the newly opened W Hotel Hollywood. It was an exciting time, new jobs at a new property and for both of them a new chapter in their lives individually. They started out as coworkers, then friends and the rest is history.

First Date

Although many wild nights in Weho had already been had, their first official date was to see a live performance of one of Michael's favorite artists Corinne Bailey Rae on 10/27/10 at The Avalon. It would be the first of almost 2 dozen concerts, festivals and live perfromaces they've seen together!

Engagement

On August 29th 2015 while on vacation in sunny Miami, Michael popped the big question. Jordan was completely shocked and said yes obviously. Then they headed down to Key West for a romantic post engagement celebration.

The Black Dahlia

The Biltmore has had a rich history in the film and TV industry. It was where the early years of the Academy Awards were held and has made many, many appearances in films (Slimer haunted it in the ’84 film Ghostbusters). It is also notoriously linked to one of the nations most infamous crimes. It is here that Elizabeth Short, the Black Dahlia was a frequent guest of the lobby and bar and where she was last seen alive before the 1947 murder.
